The purpose of strengthening relationship through inclusion training is to increase cultural awareness, knowledge, and communication. Cultural competency can benefit individuals and organizations by increasing the inclusion of different identity groups, and promoting better teamwork and work enviornment. In this 3-hour training attendees will learn more about themselves, coworkers and population served to strengthen relationships and connections. The agency will learn how to support a productive and positive work environment through support of these relationships and connections.
