11/12 & 13 Co-occurring Case Manager Certification
Now approved for six hours continued education credit from KENTUCKY BOARD OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELORS Six-Hour Co-Occurring Behavioral Health (Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Severe Emotional Disability (SED), Substance Use Disorder (SUD)) and Chronic or Complex Physical Health Condition approved and meets 908 KAR 2:260E Targeted Case Management from KY Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) for Targeted Case Managers serving individuals (adults and children/youth) with Co-Occurring Behavioral Health (SMI, SED, SUD) and a Chronic or Complex Physical Health Condition(s). This is required in addition to the 12-hour Core Competency Curriculum for Behavioral Health Targeted Case Management.
Participants must be present entire training to receive certification and complete evaluation and sucessfully pass test following training.
